I'm very proud of our Northeast JH band students--Trevin Kessinger, Athena Barry, and Andrew Sigmon! They helped bring Christmas cheer to area nursing home residents today. We did a Holiday Tour and performed at three different residencies. They played Christmas carols and Athena sang "Silent Night" as a solo. GO VIKINGS!
We rewarded our Junior High students who were on the honor roll, had 2 or less absences AND RECEIVED ZERO strikes, detentions or suspensions to lunch and ice cream at Dairy Queen today. We took 18 with us. Congrats to this group! Go Vikings.

I had a great time making gingerbread houses with Mrs. Ashmore's and Ms. Williams' 3rd graders this morning. Ms. Williams and I even dressed up to surprise the kiddos--what fun! GO VIKINGS!
