On Wednesday, November 26th, the Northeast High School Girl's Basketball Team will travel to Riverton for a jamboree starting at 9:00 am.
The Arma City Library is providing Thanksgiving dinner ingredient baskets this Saturday, November 22nd from 10am to 2pm. Please see the attached flyer for details--GO VIKINGS!
I'm really proud of my Junior High Band students this year--Trevin Kessinger on Trumpet, Athena Barry on Flute, and Andrew Sigmon on Clarinet. They did a great job performing at our Veteran's Day Program last week. On Dec. 18th, they are going to perform a Holiday Tour at our area nursing homes! GO VIKINGS!

The Northeast High School Esports Team will have their first meet on Thursday, November 20th at 4:00 pm.
On Thursday, November 20th, the Northeast High School Scholars Bowl Team will participate in a virtual meet with Pleasanton as the host at 4:00 pm.
Physical Science students, instructed by Mr. Massa, started their bridge competition this week. Students have to design, engineer, and construct balsa bridges, which will be tested for strength and efficiency. These amazing labs have been so good for our students' learning, and they love them! Excellent Work Vikings!
I had a great time eating lunch with these Northeast Elementary 1st Grade Girls! We talked about our favorite dessert at Thanksgiving...what fun! GO VIKINGS!
Congratulations to Tayven Willard on being named All Unanimous Wide Receiver All TRL! We're proud of you, Tayven!
I would like to introduce the newest class of National Honors Society. The National Honor Society (NHS) is a prestigious organization for high school students who demonstrate excellence in Scholarship, Service, Leadership, and Character.
A huge thanks to the current NHS officers for their amazing induction ceremony. Those students are Jaycee Maples, Destiny Hagan, and Addison Coates.
The NHS newest members include, Marion Roberts, Payton Castoe, Paiton Merida, Hailey Smardo, Timothy Standbury, & Samantha Bickerstaff. Congratulations to our prestigious Vikings!
High School Veteran's Day program was a huge success!!! Huge Thank you to Arma American Legion Post 182 for their guidance and wonderful service. Special thanks to our amazing Drum-line! They were amazing! And another shout to the 3 JH students that did wonderful with two musical numbers! 30 of Mrs. Yantis American History students did a veteran presentation that made us all proud!
And last but certainly not least, THANK YOU VETERANS!!

We couldn't forget the teachers on this one! Teachers were put into a drawing if they were able to get 90% or more of their students and their parent/guardians to conference! The incentive winner and NOVEMBER TEACHER OF THE MONTH is Mr. Ron Almandinger! Way to go Vikings!
