The Northeast High School Cross Country Team had a great showing at the Fort Scott Cross Country Meet tonight! Three girls medaled in the JV Girls Race tonight! Top 15 medal.

The Lady Vikings go 2-0 in a TRL Night of Volleyball tonight at Central Heights! The Lady Vikings defeat Central Heights 19-25, 25-13, 25-19 and defeat Uniontown 25-15, 21-25, 25-22. Way to go Lady Vikings!!
Reminder that high school pictures are tomorrow. Senior boys need to wear a shirt and tie. If your Senior does not have a shirt and tie the school has some that students can use.
The JV Volleyball Team hosted a JV Quad tonight! The Lady Vikings went 1-2 on the night. The Lady Vikings defeated Galena 25-9, 25-19 and fell to Jayhawk-Linn in 3 sets 20-25, 25-19, 10-15 and fell to St. Paul 17-25, 18-25.
Congratulations to the first Viking of the Week this year, NHS junior, David Gilbert!! Way to go David!
On September 13th, the JV Volleyball Team will travel to Humboldt for a JV Volleyball Tournament! Matches begin at 8:30 am.
On Thursday, September 11th, the Northeast High School Cross Country Team will travel to Fort Scott!

The Junior High participated in a whole school escape room activity on Friday. This involved teamwork and critical thinking skills. The winning team will get a pizza party on this Thursday. 2nd place got office snacks. Go Vikings!
