
Congratulations to the Northeast High School Scholars Bowl Team on their 2nd place finish at the Oswego Tournament!

On Monday, January 15th, the Tony Dubray Tournament in Liberal will begin. Our girls will play their first round on Monday, January 15th at 7:00 pm vs Liberal. On Tuesday, January 16th at 6:45, our boys will play their first round vs Galena.



These 22 superstars will be competing for the Northeast Junior High Spelling Bee crown tomorrow afternoon at 1:00. Good luck to all of our participants!

On Thursday, January 18th at 11:00 am, DawsonTroth and Braden Young will sign their Letters of Intent to compete at the college level. Dawson will compete in track & field for St. Mary's and Braden Young will sign to play football at St. Mary's. The public is welcome.

On Thursday, January 11th, the Northeast High School Basketball Teams will travel to NEVC in Walker, Mo. for a non league night of basketball.

Scholars bowl scheduled for Frontenac has been moved to be a virtual meet.

The January spotlight employee at the high school is Ms Kittrell. Ms. Kittrell is our new high school Art teacher. We are excited to have her! Ms. Kittrell graduated from Pitt State in December. She received the Teacher of Promise Award while attending college.


Congratulations to our 6th grade Junior High student of the Month Cooper Garcia. Cooper's favorite subject in school is Math. Cooper does not know what his future plans are at this time...and that is ok. Way to go Cooper!


Congratulations to our 7th grade Junior High Student of the Month Jacklyn Hall. Jacklyn's favorite subject is English Language Arts. Her future plans are to go to college and become a Teacher! Way to go Jackie!!!!
