A "Great Big Thank You" to everyone that helped make our Northeast High School Track & Field Invitational a huge success tonight! We had a lot of teams and participants this evening! It takes so many adults and kids to make it all happen! As an Athletic Director, it is probably one of the toughest activities to host but we are so lucky to always have such great volunteer help which makes it run so smoothly. I appreciate each and every one of you that took time out of your day to help! Also, a big thank you to our Northeast PTO who runs an awesome concession stand each year! Thank you again to everyone!! We beat the storms too!!

The Northeast High School Baseball and Softball Teams will both play at Frontenac tonight at 4:30! This will be a Varsity/JV double header.
The softball games have been moved to Frontenac tomorrow, April 29th for a 4:30 start. A decision about baseball will be announced tomorrow morning.
On Thursday and Friday, May 2nd and 3rd, Trey Streeter will compete in the 3-1A Regional Tennis Tournament in Conway Springs! Good luck, Trey!

The baseball and softball games with St. Paul today have been cancelled. We will make up baseball on Tuesday, May 7th. Softball plays Crest on May 7th so we will not be able to make up the softball games.

The Lady Vikings Softball Team split with Jayhawk-Linn tonight. The lady Vikings won game one, 2-0 and fell in game two, 15-5.
Northeast high school is looking for a motivated person to help run our Life and Career Skills program. This person would take kids to the community to perform different jobs and help teach kids valuable soft skills. Please contact Russ Cramer at the high school if you are interested.
