The Lady Vikings split at St. Paul tonight in varsity volleyball. The Lady Vikings fell to St. Paul 21-25, 19-25 and defeated Altoona Midway 25-16, 25-21.

The Northeast Football Team will travel to Allen Northern Heights on Friday, October 14th for a 7:00 pm kickoff!
The Northeast High School Cross Country Team will travel to Southeast on Thursday, October 13th for the Three Rivers League Meet!

The Lady Vikings Varsity Volleyball Team placed 4th at the Uniontown Tournament today. The Lady Vikings fell to Crest 16-25, 20-25; defeated Central Heights 25-18, 25-20; defeated KCC 25-15, 25-19 before falling to Marmaton Valley in the third place game 15-25, 16-25.

Recruit and Retain! Our district has amazing educators and staff due to our culture of ensuring “teachers are teaching and students are learning!” Our leadership team is continuing to drive our mission and be involved with community opportunities!
This morning, Dr. Streeter was a member of a panel of superintendents addressing and answering questions from the teacher candidates that will graduate in December at Pittsburg State University!
This afternoon, along with Mr. Cramer and Mrs. Nutt, they were able to further network with those students and promote our district!

The varsity volleyball team split at Galena tonight. The Lady Vikings defeated Chetopa 25-11, 25-12 and fell to Galena 13-25, 23-25. The varsity team will be at the Uniontown Tournament on Saturday, October 8th with an 8:30 am start.

Mrs. Nutt’s, Baking and Pastry course, learned about leavening and proper mixes of flour, eggs, and other ingredients. To bring it all home, they enjoyed pancakes made from scratch. Nice work, Vikings!
