Northeast had our mock crash today for all high school students. This is to show students the scary outcomes of distracted driving. Thank you to our S.A.F.E team, Arma PD (Corey Strong), Arma fire department, and Crawford County EMS for this assembly. Today's message was a scary one but a valuable one to keep our student's aware of the dangers of distracted driving.

Congratulations to the Lady Vikings Softball Team on their sweep tonight over Galena! The Lady Vikings took game one, 9-4 and game two, 15-4! Way to go to our Lady Vikings!

On Monday, March 25th, the baseball and softball teams will travel to Crest for a 3:30 pm start.

The Northeast High School Baseball and Softball Teams will play host to Galena on Friday, March 22nd at 4:30 pm. Both games will be double headers.
The Northeast Baseball Team fell 0-4 in game one and 4-15 in game two to Riverton tonight.
The Lady Vikings Softball Team split with Riverton tonight. The Lady Vikings defeated Riverton 12-1 in the first game and fell 12-10 in the second game.
Congratulations to Addison Zamora on a great first swim meet of the season! Addison was 2nd in the 100 yard freestyle with a time of 1.02.56, 2nd in the IM with a 2.40.81, 1st in the 200 yard freestyle relay with a time of 1.54.56 and 1st in the 400 yard freestyle relay with a time of 4.15.06.

The high school March Spotlight employee of the month is Piper Richardson. Piper has been with the Northeast school district for 31 years and counting. She has taught P.E and coached multiple sports over the 31 years. She continues to coach Cross Country and Track along with being our athletic director. When people think of Northeast high school they think of Piper. Great job Piper!
