The HOSA Spring Leadership Conference for 2025 was held on March 26 and 27. We are proud to announce another successful year and are excited to share the accomplishments of our future healthcare professionals!
The students competed against over 1000 students across Kansas and represented Northeast with professionalism and skill.
Teagan Smith received the Chapter Member of the Year Award.
Ava Ruddick scored 2nd in Persuasive Writing and Speaking and will compete in the International competition in Nashville, Tennessee this summer.
Kaydynce Ruddick and Riley Worley scored in the top 10 in Dental Derminology.
Teagan Smith and Jasmine Sigmon scored in the top 10 for Persuasive Writing and Speaking.
Jaycee Maples scored in the top 10 in Human Growth and Development.

The Northeast Baseball and Softball Teams will travel to Southeast on Friday, March 28th for a 4:30 start.
The Northeast Baseball Team sweeps Jayhawk-Linn tonight. The Vikings defeat the Jayhawks 10-1 in game one and 14-4 in game two.
The Lady Vikings Softball Team falls to Jayhawk-Linn in game one, 13-0 and 12-6 in game two.
The Northeast High School Track & Field Team will compete at the Uniontown Invitational on Tuesday, March 25th.

The Northeast High School Baseball and Softball Teams will host Jayhawk-Linn on Monday, March 24th for a double header starting at 4:30 pm.
The power is out in the district. Students are safe and in their classrooms. We will end the day will end on a normal schedule. The high school will not have Viking time today and release all students at 3:20.
