Today, our Northeast High School Cheer Team attended the KSHSAA sponsored Spirit Spreader in Chanute, Kansas where they learned new cheers, stunts and a dance!
The JV volleyball team will play in the Marmaton Valley Tournament on Saturday, September 10th. The tournament begins at 8:30 am and the Lady Vikings will begin play in the second match of the day.
The Northeast Vikings will host the Pleasanton BluJays on Friday, September 9th for homecoming! Coronation will begin at 6:30 pm and kickoff is set for 7:00 pm!

Northeast had two boys medal at the Anderson County Cross Country Meet tonight! Spencer Wade placed 17th in the varsity race in a time of 19:53 and Devin Smith placed 13th in the JV race in a time of 23:38. Official results will be posted tomorrow when we receive them.

The Lady Vikings go 3-2 on the day at the TRL Tourney at Uniontown! The Lady Vikings fell to Jayhawk-Linn 10-25, 19-25. They also fell to St. Paul 7-25, 21-25. They defeated Southeast 25-19, 25-21, and defeated Uniontown 25-17, 25-14. They finished the day by defeating Pleasanton 25-17, 25-23. Great job, Lady Vikings!
