Online enrollment for the 2025-2026 school year is officially open! We are using a new enrollment tool this year, but the vast majority of the process is still the same.
To enroll a returning student, please login to your Parent PowerSchool account at https://usd246.powerschool.com/public/ and then click the new 'Forms' button on the left side. The rest of the process will be the same as it was previously.
You are now also capable of enrolling new students from home! To register a brand new student, please click the Pre-Registration Form linked below and complete the form. These forms must be approved by a staff member before you can continue to ensure the student is eligible to be enrolled with us. Upon approval, you will receive an email containing further instructions, please read and follow them carefully. This email contains exact instructions on how to create a PowerSchool Parent account if you do not have one, how to enroll a new student, and how to link them together.

Brand New Student Enrollment
*If you are enrolling a brand new student but also have returning students, please enroll the returning students first in your Parent Portal. Then click the link above to pre-register your brand new student. Once your pre-registration is approved, you will be able to add the new student to your existing account.
If you have any issues with the forms, registering a new student, paying fees, or anything else, please come to our in-person Enrollment Day on August 4th from 12pm-7pm at the High School.

Q. Can I pay fees online?
A. Yes, log in to your Parent Portal and select the “Balance” button on the left, then click on “Make a Payment” on the right side of your screen.
Q. How can I reset my username/password?
A. If you already have a PowerSchool Parent account but you don't know your credentials, please Click Here and select the "Forgot Username or Password?" button.
Q. When will staff members return to the buildings to answer questions?
A. Secretaries and administrators will be available to answer any questions you may have at our Enrollment Day on August 4th or any day after.
Q. What is the District PowerSchool code?
A. When downloading the PowerSchool Mobile app for the first time, it will ask you for the District PowerSchool code. Our code is “XZBK”.
